Assemblyman Lied About Hospitalisation?

I think many will want to hear what Mohd Osman Jailu, the Changkat Jering Assemblyman, has to explain to the Magistrate's Court in his corruption trial.

(This is the same fella was one of the three 'frogs' that sided with Barisan Nasional to bring down the Perak state government which was under the Pakatan Rakyat's rule which ended abruptly last week.)

He was missing from the Magistrate's Court on Tuesday as his sister who appeared in the court has mentioned that he was admitted to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital due to heart ailment on Monday night. Unfortunately, his sister or the lawyer couldn't produce a medical certificate to proof.

The Magistrate's Court did the right thing by issuing a warrant of arrest for Mohd Osman Jailu for his failure to turn up at the court.

The Director of Kuala Lumpur Hospital, Datuk Dr Zaininah Mohd Zain, has denied that Mohd Osman Jailu was ever admitted in the hospital recently for any kind of treatment.

If what the Director has said was correct (and won't change the statement via a statutory declaration later on) then the Magistrate's Court has been made a fool by Mohd Osman Jailu and his sister, Norliza and their lawyer too? What will they face for lying to the court?

The best part of the story, Mohd Osman Jailu has disappeared on a clean bill of health. A fugitive now? He had better watched The Fugitive movie starring Harrison Ford in learning how to escape from the police.

This is the kind of assemblyman that Barisan Nasional wanted ????????? Let Barisan Nasional have him then.
