50,000sq ft Mansion at Cheap Sale
This is the former Chief Minister of Selangor's residence at Jalan Suasa 7/1L in Shah Alam.The entrance to the mansion itself tells you of the value of the mansion.
One of the Selangor state assemblyman, Ng Swee Lim, said that this mansion is worthed RM24 million. But the former Chief Minister, Dr Khir Toyo, said that it's only RM3.5 million in which he paid for the land plus the built mansion on it.
This mansion was built on a 50,000 square feet piece of land.
With Bali-themed design, such a huge piece of property was mentioned to be worthed only RM3.5 million??!?!?!?! If I have a bit more of money, I would definitely buy it for RM4 million.Bungalow properties in Bukit Damansara with 10,000 square feet only could easily fetch RM10 million. What more for this piece of property?
I'm sure many other richer people would outbid me easily and put their price close to RM10 million knowing that it's worthed much much much more than the quoted price of RM3.5 million.
The former Chief Minister challenged the state assemblyman to sell his mansion at RM24 million. The state assemblyman has said that he has found interested buyers.
He needs the keys to the mansion to show the prospective buyers now ...... hahahaha what a joke it turned out to be.
