High Maintenance for Proton Perdana?
This is the car that two state governments in Malaysia has decided to replace. It's the Proton Perdana manufactured by Proton Holdings Berhad.

Terengganu's replacement car is really solid as they had gotten 14 Mercedes E200 Kompressor at RM3.43 million.
Perak, on the other hand, has decided to purchase 16 Toyota Camry at RM2.7 million. Personally, I like this car's design and it's a more affordable saloon car compared to those high end cars like BMW and Merz.
No doubt some of the Proton spare parts are expensive compared to type of cars. Not all of it but the important parts are good enough already. Partly caused by limited number of spare parts suppliers who are controlling the prices as well.
What's your (Proton owners) maintenance cost like?

Proton maintenance cost a bomb... Let's get rid of Proton then if the government also not supporting Proton.
I don't use Proton. So, no comment. I observe Proton Persona also well built. Probably they can consider this model
Sadly we have the most lousiest transportation system in the world, the most expensive car in the world and we also have the most terrible quality shitty national cars, thanks for the idiot government!
Proton? Ask anyone, and they've nothing much but complains about it - even brand new ones!! Shame, shame... people are opting for Perodua.
