Polish Remover

A Polish man moved to the USA and married an American girl. Although his English was far from perfect, they got along very well until one day he rushed into a lawyer's office and asked him if he could arrange a divorce for him. The lawyer said that getting a divorce would depend on the circumstances, and asked him the following questions:

Have you any grounds? - Yes, an acre and half and nice little home.
No, I mean what is the foundation of this case? - It made of concrete.
I don't think you understand. Does either of you have a real grudge? - No, we have carport and not need one.
I mean. What are your relations like? - All my relations still in Poland.
Is there any infidelity in your marriage? - We have hi-fidelity stereo and good DVD player.
Does your wife beat you up? - No, I always up before her. Is your wife a nagger? - No, she white.
Why do you want this divorce? - She's going to kill me.
What makes you think that? - I got proof.
What kind of proof? - She going to poison me. She buy a bottle at drugstore and put on shelf in bathroom. I can read, and it say: "Polish Remover"

Bang & Olufsen

If you like MP3 players with good crispy sound with detailed keynote being played at the right tune, let me recommend you this top of the range MP3 player called BeoSound 2 produced by Bang & Olufsen. At this moment, market price for this player is around RM2,700. If you have the spare money, going for it is considered a very good investment. BeoSound 2 claimed that you cannot hear the difference from a CD, of course, if recording was done by using their newest audio system, called BeoSound 4, that lets you record from a CD or the radio (FM or optional DAB) directly onto an SD card.

B&0's stand alone speakers are also the much sought after brands in the world (at a price too).

Superman & Muhammad Ali

Muhammad Ali was on an airplane and a flight attendant reminded him to fasten his seatbelt.

Ali responded: "Don't you know who I am? I am Superman...and Superman don't need no seatbelt."

The flight attendant quickly retorted: "Superman don't need no airplane neither."

Crabs for Dinner

Had a good dinner on Saturday night with my friends. After long lay off from such good & tasty food, I have to get use to it for next coming weeks as there will be more. Had this dinner at a restaurant located at Desa Industrial Park (shoplots area just next to Taman Ehsan) at Kepong.
This is a crab dish (abt 2kg) cooked with boiled egg yoke of a salted egg. The egg yoke has stucked onto the crab shells but it's tasty and the saltiness of the crabs were perfect.
The following cooking style of another succulent crab dish (abt 2kg also) was mixed with marmite sauce. The taste was real good as the sauce made the meat just nice to melt in our mouth. Besides crab, we ordered a dish of calamari diced with butter. Fattening but tasty, who cares!
Not forgetting a dish of sweet & sour pork that was crunchy initially when it's hot.

War Rally in Khartoum, Sudan

More than 1,000 volunteer fighters from Sudan's Popular Defense Forces rallied in Khartoum on Saturday vowing to treat any U.N. force in Darfur as an invading army that would be in a state of war with Sudan.

The volunteers, from Sudan's official PDF militia, danced to nationalistic folk music and chanted "God is Greatest." Some wore masks over their faces, while others wore military-style fatigues.
"We consider any army that enters Sudan as an invading army, even if the order was from the
United Nations. "Any country that takes part in this invasion force will enter into a state of war with Sudan."

The rally was the latest challenge to international calls for Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir to accept a U.N. resolution to deploy more than 20,000 U.N. peacekeeping troops in Darfur, where political and ethnic violence has flared since 2003.

Relaxation

Went for a good 2 hours body massage (RM90 or US$25) on Friday afternoon and followed by a 1 hour foot massage (RM45). They had extended an offer of RM25 for the foot massage for my next visit. Don't think I'll go for that foot thingy as it's quite painful and I have to 'tahan' it throughout. Not nice as it was not comfortable. I should be relaxing and not pay someone to torture. It's not as painful actually, just that I wanted more of a relaxation type. I could almost float upon leaving the massage centre. At night time, went for a good dinner with my family members.
