There are new reports on the abovesaid title where it mentioned that Japanese authorities had charged a Japanese company of exporting certain equipments to Scomi Precision Engineering Sdn Bhd as reported yesterday in Japan Times.
An earlier investigation by the Malaysian police has cleared Scomi (police report released in 2004).

Police is under the juridiction of internal security department, which P.M also is the minister incharge.
Anyone with some brain will figure out how investigation is conducted.
