Currently it's regarded as the summer season in Khartoum. Day time weather could hit as high as 45 degree celcius. Yesterday night as we went out for our dinner, we noticed the car's termometer was showing 36 degree at 9pm. CAN YOUR WEATHER BEAT MINE OVER HERE?
We (4 of us) went to Mo'men, a fast food restaurant from Egypt, which had opened up sometime late last year. Took a ultimate cheese chicken burger. It cost me SDD 900 (US$4.12)for that burger, a coke and french fries.
Didn't bother going home this afternoon even though it's half day today (due to Sudan being a muslim country, Friday is their prayer day and weekend too). The weather is too hot out there to move about. Will wait till late afternoon before making my journey back home.
