Handicap Driver Being Taken Advantage
Looks like Malaysia has many 'handicap' drivers (pun intended). The way they parked their cars render them to be mentioned as such. Taking advantage of the services provided for the real handicap people is really too much.

yeah, agree with anonymous and dora! Unfortunately, i have a friend like this.... I already voiced it out to him and he took it very lightly... Shame on him!

Those who do that should have their car towed immediately. In fact, all those cars that's double/triple parked should be towed and make them pay tons to teach them a lesson. That's why you don't see terrible things like that over here. Simply park and see your car gone in the next minutes. The towing services over here is merciless.
if there were strict enforcement or steep penalties, i'm sure people will tend to stick to the laws appropriately
