This is true even in the Phils...and there are parents who don't even care about how their children behave and how they perform in school...

i pity the teacher. that exam paper was the teacher's end product after all the teaching hehe
The level of their English competency is indeed very alarming.. I remembered back during my schooling years, some of the teachers had issues trying to form a single sentence in English without making ridiculous grammatical errors...
english is going down the drain as politicians are still trying to find the reasons to teach in english
