One fine day, he went to the project site and he almost had an instant heart attack seeing the end result of a construction work.

After some investigations, he found out that two teams did the work at the same. One team began from the upper floor and another team started from the bottom.
This is a pure case of lack of communication even though they were working on the same side of the building.

How are you supposed to get up? that's cost wasting and also time consuming for not communicating with each others.
I think the lower stair case need to be wider in order to reach the second staircase
